Since 1950, everything at the Rosenhammer butcher's shop in Neukirchen a. E. has revolved around meat and sausage products. These have always been traditionally prepared and offered fresh every day in the company's own butcher's shop. Slaughtering and processing also takes place on the company's own premises. Anita and Michael Rosenhammer have been running the butcher's speciality business since 2003, which has repeatedly received awards for its quality products.
The Rosenhammers are particularly proud of their Leberkäse. The art of preparing Leberkäse requires a great deal of experience. Very important for the unique flavour: the best meat from animals raised close to nature and personally selected by master butcher Rosenhammer. The quality meat comes exclusively from Neukirchen and the surrounding area. Each supplier feeds and keeps their animals in a species-appropriate manner and confirms this with their signature. The Rosenhammers are proud of the fact that, unlike many other butchers, they still slaughter the meat themselves. Awareness of origin is a quality principle - from the pasture to the plate. The employees in sales and in the slaughterhouse also vouch for quality.
In addition to meat and sausage products, Fleischhauerei Rosenhammer also offers Italian delicacies, gourmet spreadable sausage and pumpkin seed roast.
