More than "just" hiking - Susanne Schlesinger's tours are characterised by a special mindfulness. The marvellous landscape of the Salzkammergut speaks for itself, but what does it do to you? Through additional awareness training, yoga & meditation, the body is recharged and the soul comes to rest.
Susanne Schlesinger also accompanies you to the beautiful mountains to simply "just" hike.

Through targeted movements, effort is reduced and coordination improved. Tension is a result of involuntary muscle activity and limits freedom of movement.
