Our pizza dough is based on a traditional recipe that is over 100 years old. Natural fermentation for four days gives the dough enough time and rest to develop its full flavor.
With an exceptionally high hydration of 85%, our dough contains significantly more water than conventional pizza dough. The result is a particularly airy, light structure - crispy on the outside, deliciously fluffy on the inside - with a unique taste experience.
Our pizza is baked in a special oven at 400 °C - it is perfectly cooked in just 90 seconds.
Original Italian ingredients.
Our ingredients come directly from Italy - from the fruity tomato puree to the aromatic mozzarella. For an authentic taste that can only be found in Italy.
Flour from the region.
Our pizza flour comes from regional production - for freshness, quality and sustainability, directly from our homeland.
Fruity tomato sauce.
Made from sun-ripened Italian tomatoes, refined with basil, sea salt and a dash of olive oil - fresh, fruity, homemade.
