We are an organic hay milk farm in beautiful Hammersdorf in Pettenbach. Our farm is home to 14 dairy cows and their offspring, 7 chickens and two cats - Flauschi and Gerti. WE are Anna and Michael with our 3-month-old son Florian, Michael's parents Silvia and Walter, and Michael's grandpa Franz. According to the motto "Together we are strong", everyone on the farm has their tasks - and only in this way is it possible to combine everything well. The farm is run organically. Silvia and Walter started milk processing with direct marketing in 2018. In December 2023, we were allowed to take over the farm and continue to run it as before. Our product range extends from raw milk and curd cheese to cheese and yogurt products. In the farm store, which is open for you around the clock, you will also find eggs, pasta, oil, soup vegetables, etc. from local farmers, as well as mountain cheese from the Vökla cheese dairy in Pöndorf.
