The hut "Niedere Holzmeisteralm" was built in 1787 and is structurally almost unchanged to this day.
Cozy, rustic hut in Gosau
Nestled in a beautiful setting and with a special view of the Dachstein and the glacier, we serve specialties from our own farm or livestock.Our specialties are traditionally prepared over the open fireplace in the parlor.
For special events - a special location
We are happy to accept reservations for groups. At any time we can host private parties in the evening on a small scale. Our nostalgic Stube can accommodate up to 25 people.We are just open in summer!

Open in fine weather from the beginning of May to mid-October, always at weekends and on public holidays. In the high season daily with variable rest days!
During the vacations we are open on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well as on public holidays in good weather.
