We were born out of the desire to create a meeting place for all interested parties to promote and present **sustainable consumption** here. **Regional products with an organic background** interest and inspire us, because we are home to an enormous number of innovative, idealistic producers in the area and can present them united. From production to sale, it is **short transport routes** and the added value remains in the region. The trend towards regionality is unbroken. We pay special attention to **climate and environmental protection** by constantly developing, the **reduction** of unnecessary plastic waste and the general avoidance of waste to specify. The newly adapted breakfast café offers a **pleasant atmosphere** to linger while indulging the palate with high-quality delicacies, most of which are produced in-house. **Breakfast** is the most important meal of the day, because it preferably provides strength and energy.
