Since 1985 we are "BAR & LEBENSBÜHNE" and since 2023 "OSTERIA MIRAMARE" in our imperial city "zu Ischl". Since 2001 we have also been running our HUGE GASTGARTEN on Schröpferplatz, right in the center of town, directly opposite the Kurpark. Whether in the real world or virtually on the Internet, we have established ourselves as a tried and tested meeting place and a permanent institution. Always in the familiar, classic "imperial yellow" and black, the colors of the k.u.k. monarchy.

In the k.u.k. Hofbeisl is where it all began in 1985 and has grown into the k.u.k. gastronomy experience with all its related departments. The "philosophy" from back then is still valid today in the k.u.k. Hofbeisl is still valid today: The k.u.k Hofbeisl has a myth, something mystical in any case. For the k.u.k. Osteria Miramare in the k.u.k. Hofbeisl, we have been inspired by the loving longing of our imperial ancestors. Here we offer popular specialties from our southern neighboring country with high and authentic quality. The name "Miramare" refers to the famous castle near Trieste, which was built for the brother of Emperor Franz Joseph I and his wife. "Mirar mare" means "to look at the sea".
