Our house is situated in a marvellous location in the middle of the beautiful Innviertel.

Nature must be felt (quote from Alexander von Humboldt) and you can experience this in a particularly intense and relaxing way here with us!

At the Schrannstallerhof (Gut Kaltenhausen), the Innviertel golf course, the Schrannstallerhof guest rooms and the club restaurant have been built in harmony with nature and the landscape. Here you can relax from your stressful everyday life and recharge your batteries!
