The traditional restaurant combines Austrian inn culture with modern cuisine and is known far beyond the region as one of the best-known fish restaurants in the Inner Salzkammergut.

The fresh fish specialties from Lake Hallstatt and the surrounding waters, game from the forests of the Salzkammergut and high-quality regional ingredients are particularly appreciated.
