Workshop: Mini Film Studio Smartphone

With the smartphone, everyone now has a small film studio in their pocket. The possibilities are manifold. In this workshop, participants produce videos with their own smartphones, the content of which will be discussed according to their interests.

In small groups/teamwork, short videos are produced which may even be published on DORFTV.
General procedure: Introduction, basics in settings, camera settings "How do I film well?", group exercises, video editing on the smartphone, "Which app do I use?", upload and download of files, ideas/variety/design, use of music, presentations.
Design elements such as moderation, props, animations are used depending on the workshop content.

Young people grow up with digital information technologies and have different experiences in everyday life, especially with social media applications. In order to promote a reflective debate, target-group-oriented offers for teaching media competence are necessary. In addition to the acquisition of editorial and technical skills, this also includes a critical view of media development and an understanding of freedom of opinion as an important democratic prerequisite.

Group size: 6 to 24 persons
Duration: 3.5 to 6 hours
From 12 participants, a second group is formed with its own trainer; both workshops can take place in parallel.
Possible all year round, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00
