To start, enjoy a glass of light beer and tasty Mühlviertler Erdäpfelkäse (Mühlviertel potato cheese), followed by a 5-course beer culinary experience. Tafelspitzsulz in dark beer marinade with beer pretzels
Lightly bound beer soup with brown bread crumbs
Fried Gusenbach trout fillet on colourful hop vegetables
Mühlviertler Bierschnitzerl - turkey breast filled with bacon, spinach and sheep's cheese, baked in beer batter and served with herb potatoes
Flambéed malt beer crêpes with fruit garnish

Each course is accompanied by a matching Pfiff beer from the five Mühlviertel private breweries. At the end, each guest receives a beer certificate.
