Healing fasting according to Dr Buchinger is a juice fast in which solid food is avoided during the fasting days. Herbal teas, fresh fruit and vegetable juices and delicious vegetable soups are served on the fasting days. It is thanks to the kitchen team at the Hotel Gugerbauer that this tastes good and you hardly feel hungry.
