Prerequisites:

Before the start of the tour, the guide will teach you the basic paddling techniques
You should be able to carry your own equipment for approx. 200m
Minimum age 6 years to join, paddling yourself from 10 years
average physical condition, max. load on board approx. 130 kg
safe swimming required
sure-footedness and a good sense of balance
