Path of mindfulness - spiritual hiking with company

A path that makes mindfulness with yourself and the environment tangible through consciously experiencing nature & spiritual impulses.

The longing to take a break from everyday life takes us on a path that leads us closer to nature - to ourselves. The path of mindfulness runs through the gentle and equally wild heart of Upper Austria in a 96-kilometer loop. Five stages await participants from the mountaineering village of Grünau im Almtal to the Brunnental, Steyrtal and Kremstal valleys.

On the paths along the crystal-clear Alm and Steyr rivers, you get into the flow of walking and are touched by the mountain world. Walking at walking pace through the forests and meadows of the Krems Valley gives you time to walk (within yourself). You will encounter places of power, spiritual places, heavenly views and impulses that increase your mindfulness step by step.

This offer is a guided, spiritual hike with Sabina Haslinger.

On the first date, the hike starts at the train station in Scharnstein. After the relatively short tour, we take time in the evening to consciously arrive at the House of Mindfulness in Grünau im Almtal. On the second day, the first stage takes us from the House of Mindfulness to the Almtalerhaus in the mountaineering village of Grünau im Almtal. The next day, the trail continues into the Brunnental valley to Steyrling and on to Klaus, where our journey ends at the train station in Klaus.

On the second date, we start at the train station in Klaus. From there, the tour continues via Altpernstein Castle and Grillparz to Schlierbach and the SPES Hotel. The penultimate stage then takes us over the Magdalenaberg to Viechtwang, up to the GOMDE - the international Buddhist center in Scharnstein, where we spend the night. The last stage takes us along the Alm River back to the train station in Scharnstein.

Please note that there is no luggage transfer for this tour. You can book the dates together or individually.
