In a wonderful natural setting in the Almtal valley, we mobilise, strengthen and stretch our bodies and calm our minds. During the exercises (asanas), we move slowly and gently into each individual position. In doing so, we regain access to our own body awareness and also have the opportunity to direct our attention to our thoughts.

During our practice, we focus our mindfulness on the breath, which helps us to be present and prepares us for the meditative conclusion of each session. The programme is aimed at anyone seeking inner balance and a feeling of slowing down, deep inner peace and contentment. All levels of ability are welcome!"
